The director was really kind, but the manager who handled me wasn’t very friendly. She asked me which other hospitals I was planning to consult, and when I said which ones I was going to, she spoke negatively about them, which made me wonde I had forehead lift surgery around the summer of 2023. My original complex was that I had deep-set eyes and such thick eyelids that even eyelid tape didn’t work at all. The doctor is in his late 40s, so it felt like he was at exactly the age where he would work hard. But the problem is the consultation manager.
