I had a CT scan at my appointment time and then had the consultation after a short wait. There were quite a lot of people, so the manager and the director seemed busy. The director explained everything calmly and well. They told me various things while looking at the photos. The consultation manager had a nice personality. They empathized with my worries and didn't push reservations, so I left after a good consultation feeling happy.
