The doctor was kind and explained things enthusiastically and professionally, so the consultation fee didn't feel wasted, but I can see why someone would say they didn't go because the manager was bad. Using a half-polite tone like that, I was like, are they trying to start a fight? It was so funny. I resolved never to use half-polite language, because it looks cheap.
