The doctor recommended alar base reduction instead of recommending lowering the columella to someone who has no columella My nasal tip is very droopy, so I told them I knew ear cartilage alone wouldn't be enough and mentioned donor rib or rib cartilage, but they said it would still come out plenty dramatic without using that, which really made me wonder,,, I had a consultation two years ago, and at that time I consulted with a female doctor, but her aesthetic sense was so poor that I didn't have surgery here
