Compared with other clinics, it felt a bit expensive. I went in for a consultation for alar reduction, and they said it would be good to do the tip at the same time. They said it would be fine to do only the alar reduction too.. They said they mentioned the tip because it might be disappointing if the tip looked too bulky. Since I’ve had cartilage repositioning before, it would count as a revision surgery, so for the tip, alar reduction, and artificial dermis bridge, it was 595. If I only show part of the nose photos, it’s 540. If only the alar reduction, it’s 140. They recommended an internal incision, but said they do not remove muscle. The manager said that if muscle is removed, it can be a disaster, and the scar will also be left deeply.
