It was my first consultation, so I went in extremely nervous, but the director answered my questions first without me having to ask separately, which I really liked. The doctor has a rather businesslike attitude, which was different from what I had imagined, but thinking about it, that actually felt more comfortable. I also liked the way they set my line. The consultation wait time was also short, and because there were not many people, I think I got called in after about 5 minutes.
