I arrived about 40 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Waited 5-10 minutes. The director gave me an estimate right away the moment he saw me, and his presence felt like a veteran. He felt very professional and experienced. He was kind and friendly, but the explanation of the surgical process was lacking. He didn't decide the implant size and left it entirely to me. It's a shame the explanation about the surgery was insufficient, but I also didn't ask questions; he did say to ask anything I was curious about. The director himself seemed trustworthy enough to leave the surgery to, but for someone who needed help from the manager with the atmosphere or deciding the size, I ended up holding off. The consultation with the manager was just putting on implants and explaining the aftercare program, and even there the implants seemed like a hassle. Again, size judgment was left to me.
