I had implant removal, septal grafting, and cartilage fixation with dissolvable threads (repositioning?). I was under sleep anesthesia. The hospital itself feels very busy, so it’s not especially kind, but the doctor explained things while looking at the CT and answers well when asked. I saw the director every time I came in after surgery, even if only very brieflyㅠ The cost is on the expensive side, and there may be additional charges if any foreign material comes out. Even though it was expensive, I chose it because the consultation was good. It’s only been a month, but it seems to have been removed well, and people around me don’t really know I had it removed. The shape is not bad.. Maybe because of the cartilage fixation, the tip of my nose is stiff (not as stiff as a surgical nose though) and I can’t really do the pig-nose pose either…? But that part isn’t important to me. I just wanted it to look like a normal human nose after removal, so I’m not bothered because the shape is okay. Honestly, the hospital facilities are not that great. I was a bit surprised by the operating roomㅋㅋ Still, they seem to prepare carefully for surgery with CCTV, an anesthesiology specialist, pre-op tests, and so on, so I’m satisfied.
