I only consulted with the manager, and their attitude and tone of voice were so unpleasant that I didn't even think about surgery. I'm sure the other managers aren't all like this person, so it'll probably be fine. A friend had surgery here and said it wasn't noticeable and was okay, which is why I came, but I'm more disappointed than I expected.
