At first, you only consult with the manager. I decided to have surgery here, so after that I had a consultation with the doctor, and I heard there is a consultation fee for the doctor's consultation. The doctor himself is really nice and explains things in detail. I went with my mom, and my mom also had a very thorough consultation.
