You consult directly with the doctor, and there is no consultation with a manager! They just tell you the price. It didn't feel commercial. During the consultation, the doctor explained the surgical method and my condition by drawing it out directly, so it felt a bit like getting a private lesson! The director is calm and kind. After surgery, he also personally checks the progress, and on days when he is not in the office, another doctor takes care of it.
