Personally, I went in for consultation about reducing the philtrum, but I was afraid of scars, so I had dimple surgery and outer lip corner surgery at the same time. It's been a while so I don't remember the cost, but I'm satisfied with the outer lip corner surgery, while I wouldn't recommend dimple surgery for people with a long philtrum. I think it would be better to just get philtrum reduction.
