The director is kind and the aftercare is good too. The only downside is that every time I go for aftercare, there are so many customers that the wait is incredibly long... On the surgery day, there was a delay of about 2 hours, so I waited forever and got even more nervous. It's been a year now, and I don't have any major complaints so far, and if my philtrum ever gets long again someday, I'd be willing to have the surgery again.
