I used to think my downturned mouth corners were only congenital, but apparently they can also become downturned later in life? Mine was a case where both overlapped, and the doctor said I came to the right place. I think it helped relax me too, which was even better. They adjusted the proportions of the upper lip and lower lip, as well as the Cupid’s bow, to match the harmony of my face, so I felt like I could get the procedure without it being obvious.
