The procedure they recommended was different from what I had seen and gone in expecting. I was thinking of doing only the outer cheekbones, but they recommended full cheekbone surgery. Of course, after taking the bone structure X-ray, it made sense since the face’s bones themselves were broad and flat... but they said that was the only way, and that the surgery I had in mind (quick cheekbone) would only bring the outer cheekbones in a tiny bit, so if I was okay with that, I should go with that kind of feeling.
