First of all, the manager’s kindness is beyond 5 stars, more like 10 stars. Even though I had a reservation, I had to wait over 15 minutes, which was a bit much, but before I even asked, they immediately explained why there was a wait and apologized as soon as the consultation started, so my mood changed right away. And the consultation itself was over an hour long, kind, detailed, and explained in a way that built trust, and the doctor also gave a trustworthy impression.
