They explained in detail what kind of method would be needed to operate in the direction I wanted, and without sugarcoating or exaggerating, they honestly told me how much would be possible given the current state of my face. The consultation manager was kind too, but the surgery is done by the director. Just from the consultation, it was a hospital I could trust.
