The director here was also very confident, and they said that after nose surgery you can twist it left and right, but you can't do the pig-nose thing. And aesthetically, this place was definitely prettier. The surgical method was hump removal osteotomy, using nose-tip cartilage, and making it shorter and slightly lowering it the same way. The director here gave only the explanation that was really necessary, so it was over in less than 20 minutes.
