Because they charge a consultation fee, you can get a consultation that is reasonably kind and thorough. The doctor is neither kind nor unkind. He just talks facts. I felt that the consultation manager had a very high level of trust in the doctor. However, the facility is a bit small, and there is a recovery room next to the consultation room, so I thought it might feel a bit awkward when coming out after surgery.
