I didn't have surgery, but the director explains things very calmly and well, and the manager is also extremely kind! The hospital they moved to is also very clean and nice.. The review photos the director showed me all had lines I really liked. The manager is the type who empathizes a bit emotionally and talks at length, so people may like or dislike that, but I liked it..!
