I went in for a consultation because I needed my nose removed, and the manager was extremely kind and seemed incredibly knowledgeable about noses.. Almost everything the director explained was filled in by the manager. It felt reassuring.. The director just seemed so confident when speaking, haha.. and seemed a bit firm too.. The consultation itself was good~
