I was debating whether to have nose revision surgery or removal, so I came here for a consultation as well. Since I don’t have any symptoms or side effects, they said it would be better to do it only if I really think it’s necessary. I’m worried because it’s too high and I’m torn between lowering it or removing it, but I still can’t decide
