The person who handled the consultation was really kind. They were also very empathic, so it felt comfortable to talk about the parts I was worried about. I remember the hospital lobby feeling sophisticated, like a hotel lobby, and the view outside the window was nice too. There was no pressure to book on the same day, so I could consult without feeling burdened.
