I had L-shaped silicone surgery 7 years ago, and instead of any major complications... it seemed like it was gradually getting looser, so after deciding on revision surgery, this was the first place I went for a consultation. The doctor was bursting with confidence at first, and even before I said anything, they told me about my symptoms and the things I was worried about, so I gained trust. They say to tap the stone bridge and cross it, so I'm planning to consult a few more places before deciding... The manager also said that they and their younger cousin had surgery here too, and after seeing the photos they showed me, I trusted it even more
