First of all, the facility is clean and looks spacious for a private clinic, and the manager is kind and makes you feel comfortable. As for the director, they seemed very confident and gave me the feeling of just trusting them and leaving it in their hands. In my case, they recommended using an implant, but they said that if I wanted, it would also be possible without one.
