The facility is clean and the consultation manager is very kind. I came here after hearing about the director's reputation, and how should I put it.. He is confident but not one-sided, and he tried to meet my needs while suggesting things without being excessive, so I really felt reassured. He clearly pointed out the parts that could not be done in advance.
