The consultation time was limited when booking, and I went exactly at that time, so there was no waiting. The lobby was quiet and clean. Because right now, due to COVID, this is a hospital where only people who pay for the consultation and have an appointment can visit, which made it more appealing than the large hospitals where lots of people just come and go. Everything, including the surgery process and tax reporting, is transparent. Manager consultation: The explanation of the surgery and the Q&A went smoothly and calmly. Even without being overly friendly, they responded kindly and elegantly. After hearing about the surgery process, I became convinced that a shadow doctor structure would be completely impossible here. Doctor consultation: Satisfied. He clearly told me what was and wasn’t possible for the photos and cases I brought, and after hearing all about the surgery method, I asked him to explain it one more time. Contrary to his slightly cold-looking image, he explained things well. When I mentioned the types I wanted to avoid (a raised nose bridge, pinched nose, pointy nose, a nose with no change, drooping tip, etc.), he said they don’t operate that way, and he showed me before-and-after photos. Overall it was natural and the style I wanted. Like other people’s reviews, the doctor had a clear standard and confidence. Other hospitals had some cases where patient reviews were hidden even though their ratings on this community were good, but here there wasn’t a single case of the hospital requesting a review to be hidden, which made me trust it. The key reason I went for a consultation was that they don’t do much marketing and don’t seem to manipulate ratings, yet the patient reviews were good. The doctor’s background was also clear. Having a long career at a hospital under his own name was what made me trust this place more than others
