I liked that I could go straight into the consultation at my reserved time without waiting. The consultation manager was very kind and immediately caught what I wanted to say, and even said my pre-surgery appearance was pretty, which was very sweet of her. The director also showed me photos similar to my nose shape and explained the surgical method, so I really liked it, but they said they can only know for sure what materials are in the nose once they open it, and that part is a bit worrying.. Still, they explained that rib cartilage would not be used as much as possible and would be a last resort, which reassured me, but it still stayed on my mind a little..
