The manager who did the consultation was so~~ kind. I came after a long bus ride because my house is far away.. They gave me a detailed and careful consultation, and I felt really comfortable throughout the whole thing. The doctor also explained the surgery in detail, and I'm considering using dermis from myself.. If I get the surgery, I'll post a review.
