The manager in the consultation room was very calm and explained things clearly and slowly in advance. Then I had the consultation with the doctor, and the way they talked about my nose condition and other things made me feel like they were very confident in their skill. Then I had another consultation with the manager, and I felt completely at ease because there was no pressure to book.
