I went for a consultation after hearing the director is confident and has a good reputation. But during the consultation process, they were somewhat blunt and the consultation time was also short, so I'm conflicted. They showed before-and-after photos, explained things, and drew pictures to show me. If communication were smoother, I’d want to do it here.
