I first received a simple consultation over the phone. (I called to make a reservation) The person who answered was kind and I appreciated them telling me all kinds of things when I asked questions. But they said the consultation schedule was full so I'd have to wait ㅠㅠ For now I've joined the waitlist, and I want to get an in-person consultation soon.
