I've been to many clinics, but this manager handled the consultation the most efficiently. The manager's consultation wasn't too long either. Usually surgery explanations are given verbally, or they just write the price on a Post-it and hand it over, but here they wrote the full surgery-related information in a guide and let me take a photo of it. I was also satisfied with the consultation with the director. I could really feel that they only gave me the diagnoses that were honestly necessary. At previous clinics, they would also push in procedure options that I didn't need, but here they firmly told me I didn't need them for my eyes, which I liked. Overall, it was a satisfying consultation.
