I went in for a nose surgery consultation, and first of all, the manager wasn't pushy at all, and it felt like she really understood the parts I was worried about, so I could relax during the consultation. The surgeon also gave a very honest and clear consultation about how my nose could be improved from its current state as far as possible, so I got a better sense of how the surgery would go. The wait was a bit long, but the consultation was satisfying enough that I didn't feel the waiting time was wasted. I still plan to go through the remaining hospitals' consultations, but I think this was a satisfying consultation.
