Last year I went there for a facial contouring consultation. The staff and the director all welcomed me kindly. There was a consultation fee, though. The reason I took off a star from my expectations for surgery was that they sent me back saying it probably wouldn't have an effect if I had it done... I was hurt by that. I guess that means they were honest and conscientious, though!
