The only major downside seems to be that it's expensive. Like any cosmetic surgery, the biggest concern is that after getting it done, people say they're not as satisfied as they expected. Maybe because they promote it so dramatically.. ㅠ Still, this is the only clinic that will do the surgery I want, so I'm definitely going to go through with it.
