When I consulted ten years ago, they said it could be done through a closed approach. My nose was short and low, but they said the bridge could be raised without silicone. They made it sound very simple, and said at the time that they would use ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but I personally decided to put off the surgery because I felt a closed approach would be less precise. The facilities were excellent and there were many foreign patients, but the doctor's consultation was not detailed, and I felt they were going through the motions, perhaps because I did not seem determined to have surgery. In fact, I had only gone for a consultation because the flashy facilities and broker reviews were everywhere at the time.
