I decided to have a consultation after seeing an Instagram ad. The consultation manager was very kind. There was a long wait before seeing the surgeon, but she answered many small questions while I waited. The consultation was detailed and good. The doctor's consultation was short, about one minute. They seemed highly skilled and confident in the surgical results. I wanted the surgery because they said recurrence would never happen, but I had Ultracol once two years ago, so they said the foreign material would need to be removed.
