You can choose open or closed surgery. The quote above is for open surgery. If you do it closed, it is 1.6 million won (both prices are before VAT). The doctor was kind and showed me before-and-after photos of cases similar to mine. They left the decision about whether to remove the capsule and the anesthesia method (local anesthesia or sedation) up to me. Capsule removal costs extra. As I understand it, there is no implant at the tip of the nose, but if there is one and it is removed, that costs extra. The first surgery was hump nose reduction and silicone, and if the silicone is removed and the hump remains, they said they would do some refinement.
