I had a consultation for nostril reduction. I have a bit of a bridge already, so I wanted to reduce only the bulky nostrils, but they recommended a full bulbous-nose surgery. I was flustered by the unexpected recommendation. I thought because I have a bridge, just reducing the nostrils would be enough, but maybe that wasn't the case
