Before going for the consultation, I had read a ton of reviews. I went in with the mindset of accepting whatever consultation I got. There were many negative comments about the facility, the consultation, and how friendly they were, but it was very different from that. The facility was very neat and cozy. During the consultation, the doctor carefully took notes, listened to all my questions, and showed photos for each issue. Contrary to comments saying he looked tired and was unfriendly, he was very proactive. He even touched my nose. Since this was a removal case, I understood that the predictable outcome was limited, but he still explained the overall direction my nose shape would take. The manager also kindly answered all my questions, and the staff at the front desk were kind too. I really don't understand why people say they are unfriendly. The consultation with the director was long. I was able to talk enough before leaving.
