I went for a consultation for canthoplasty + nose surgery, and I liked that the waiting time was shorter than I expected, maybe because they deliberately keep the number of consultations per day a bit more flexible. After filling out the chart, I went straight into a consultation with the director. The director spoke gently and explained things in enough detail while answering my questions thoroughly. They also asked me several times if I had anything else I was curious about. That said, one thing I found a bit disappointing was that rather than offering solution B for the patient's opinion A, it felt more like they explained A and left the decision up to me. Also, for reference, 10% VAT is separate from the listed price.
