- Nasal tip support (ear cartilage/septal cartilage): the tip of the nose will get firmer - If silicone is removed, there may be dents/unevenness. In that case, file it down to make it smooth - 4.3 million won (add 500,000 won if silicone is used) - Even with a CT scan, the degree of the dents does not show up well - Osteotomy has nothing to do with a wide, flat look (not doing it) - They kept showing before-and-after photos and asking questions during the consultation.
