I had the whole nose removed. I didn’t like the shape after the first surgery, so I had the whole thing removed, and the shape is not great. It looks more unnatural than my original nose, but I guess that’s because I had the whole thing removed. Still, since I had the whole thing removed, my nose feels comfortable. If you’re fed up with silicone and other rhinoplasty materials, I recommend it.
