I can't say the chief doctor was extremely kind, but they answered my questions well without making me feel rushed, and kept asking if I had any more questions. There was no part where they pushed me too hard into extra surgery either, and they said they would do the operation without adding as much cartilage as possible, so I felt a little reassured.
