Just from the exterior and interior, it felt like I’d come to a neighborhood ENT clinic. That much was true: it was quiet and there was hardly any waiting. I really liked that. And the doctor spoke gently and treated me very comfortably during the consultation. There wasn’t any CT scan or anything separate; it felt like they were just assessing me by touch as-is. And even though it was a revision surgery, the estimate seemed almost too low to be real? They checked the things I was curious about and that was it. The manager didn’t seem like the type to explain everything first either.. um. That was how it was.
