Even though I visited several times and asked about almost the same questions and concerns, they never got annoyed and explained everything in an easy-to-understand way. The coordinator was moderately kind, not overly warm but not giving off a too-capitalist vibe either. I hesitated about surgery for a long time and never ended up getting it, but if I did, I think I could trust the doctor.
