I got a consultation with the director right away, with no waiting. At first there was a brief palpation, and then they recorded the consultation details in detail on the consultation sheet. They answered all of my questions, and unlike some other reviews, they didn't mainly look at the sheet and actively lead the consultation. If you go for a consultation, it would probably help a lot to organize your own issues, desired improvements, and questions in advance. The manager's consultation was good too, and the other staff were very kind. The cost was more expensive than I expected.
