I went in for a consultation about complete nose removal, and they answered every question kindly and consulted me without any time pressure. They showed me detailed photos and the whole process of their own surgery, which made me trust them. Still, they do give a lot of options, and they don't really volunteer much information first. Even so, being able to consult directly with the doctor without any time pressure was a plus.
