About a month after my nose surgery, I went because I thought it might be too high and wanted to remove cartilage. The doctor was cynical.. and it felt like he only answered the questions I asked. In any case, he said rather definitely that he didn't recommend surgery that much. He said there was still swelling and it wasn't raised in a very unnatural way... For now I'll think about it some more, and if I do end up lowering it, I think I'd do it here.
